just a quick post to share my new favorite salad!
1 package sweet butter greens
Briannas Home Style Vinaigrette Dressing
Salmon (simply salt and peppered)
Sliced cucumbers, grape tomatoes
Multigrain Tortilla Chips, crushed
Garnish with shredded Parmesan Cheese
I picked these chips up at Costco on a whim... thanks sample lady! They are fabulous! They actually taste like popcorn. I threw some crushed ones in a salad a few weeks ago and I am hooked!
